Prevention and treatment of calcium and vitamin D deficiency in the elderly. Used in combination with osteoporosis treatments when calcium and vitamin D intake is insufficient.

  • This product is intended for adults only.

  • Contraindications

    Never take Cal-D in the following cases:

    - History of allergy to calcium, vitamin D, or any of the ingredients (see the “COMPOSITION” section of the package insert).

    - Prolonged immobilization.

    - Abnormally high levels of calcium in the blood (hypercalcemia).

    - Excessive excretion of calcium in the urine (hypercalciuria).

    - Kidney stones (calcium lithiasis).

    - Abnormally high levels of vitamin D in the blood (hypervitaminosis D).

    - Overactive parathyroid glands.

    - Bone marrow tumors (myeloma), bone metastases.
